Aside from my service representative, I’d have to say that I could not be any more unhappy with the service that I received. I came in to have an issue looked at on my 2019 Honda Fit, which was not recti that I could not be any more unhappy with the service that I received. I came in to have an issue looked at on my 2019 Honda Fit, which was not rectified. Instead, I was given a wheel alignment and an oil change, which took 2.5 hours to complete. I ended up taking my car to an independent mechanic, who spotted the issue within 5 minutes and subsequently fixed it 10 minutes later. He also mentioned that it looked like no wheel alignment was performed on my vehicle, pointing out the untouched tie rods as his evidence. Oh, and by the way, the issue that I needed fixed ending up being the exhaust pipe pushed up against the floor of my car, which eventually would cause the floor inside my vehicle to set fire. I seriously question the level of competency of the mechanics working for Honda because the issue was very noticeable and should have been able to be fixed in under 2.5 hours (i.e., it took an independent mechanic 10 minutes to identify & correct). Finally to pour salt on the wound, it cost me $235 during my 2.5 hours at Honda Freehold, whereas the independent mechanic charged me $35 to correct the issue. I’m mostly at loss for words to describe my feelings about the money spent during my visit, except that I could have just withdrew the money from an ATM and slid it into the sewer. I would have saved 2 hours of my time by doing so (the other .5 hours would have been spent going to the ATM, withdrawing the funds, and finally sliding the money into the sewer). I hope other customers are more pleased with their level of service because unacceptable would be kindly describing the service I received. More

They had the model and color I wanted with all features I wanted in the car. Damian Simonelli was my sales advisor and he was an absolute pleasure to do business with. The entire process took less than a hour from agreeing on a price to being out the door and on time for a prior engagment. Now onto my car's first scheduled service appointment in the newfound covid19 world. The dealership was completely prepared to conduct business in a safe and comfortable environment. At all times was social distancing followed as well as ample hand sanitizer for customer use. The waiting room which was very comfortable with fast wifi and snacks and hot and cold beverages made the wait that much more enjoyable and productive. As it was just a scheduled service and not brought in for an unknown repair, I didn't spend much time talking with Jake about what needed to be done, he had already written up the estimate applied a coupon that was available and explained exactly what was going to be done and how long my expected wait time should be. Jake actually spent more time catching up as he was my advisor who handled the new plates being put on my car as well as a few extra items I decided to add onto the car post-sale. The car was ready on time as promised, all work completed by knowledgeable and factory-trained service professionals who take great pride in there work. I know honda of Freehold might not be the biggest Honda dealership in the area, but you really can not find a better place to purchase a new Honda or have it serviced; the entire team makes the process as simple as possible while making you feel you made the right choice in purchasing from them and having the service performed by them. More

I brought in my car to get a trim piece replaced while I was driving. I haven’t had the best service at Honda of freehold, but chris was really great! He helped me out and he also had my car washed!
