Why have an appointment? We dropped our car off with a 10am appointment. They get the car in the door to assure their income for the repair with no possibility of getting to it but we didn’t have the choice of bringing it to a different dealer. More

The service writer replaced additional parts to jack up the bill. Then told me part wasn’t covered under Honda warranty. When I did my research the fuel pump is covered under the drive train warranty. So the bill. Then told me part wasn’t covered under Honda warranty.
