Maybe a bad day? I went in to look at a car and I found myself on the Internet. After taking a test drive and looking over the vehicle I really liked it. During the I went in to look at a car and I found myself on the Internet. After taking a test drive and looking over the vehicle I really liked it. During the test drive my salesman got a phone call one of us several but he actually answered one of the phone calls and seemed to have a disagreement with a guy named Joe. It seemed as though he was talking about another deal within the dealership. After that phone call he seems very short and agitated. When we return to the dealership to talk about price another customer said to him 'I'm back' he went into the managers office for a good five minutes. Came out to the desk sat on the edge of his seat and said OK What do would do want to pay for the van? My husband and I gave a price he said let me see what I can do. He went over the disclaimer on the Internet about the prep fees and certification fees. Came back about two minutes later never even sat down and stated " yeah there's no wiggle room on this vehicle, we're into it for 20,000 that's the price " He never even offered to show us any other vans I actually had even asked about as well as the one that I test drove. He ended it with why don't you take my card and if you see any other vans online in our inventory stop in and I'll be glad to take it for test drive . Maybe the previous deal was a better one for him then what my pre-owned deal was. More

(Gene) satisfied customer! Amanda was an absolute sweetheart! My wife and I were able to get an oil change without having an appointment on a busy Saturday. We were out of there Amanda was an absolute sweetheart! My wife and I were able to get an oil change without having an appointment on a busy Saturday. We were out of there on a timely manner. We had a slight issue with the tire pressure indicator due to the tire rotation that was also done. Flat tire indicator came up after we left the parking lot. I called Amanda and drove back, she did a hard reset and fixed the faulty light indicator. All in all she was a very pleasant service advisor!! More

The only complaints that I have are minor regarding the vehicle: 1. the key battery had to be replaced the next day 2. the windshield wiper had to be replaced as well. (But easy change outs so it was not that big of a deal) If anyone is looking to purchase a new vehicle, I would suggest asking for Larry. Wonderful person to work with and he made this experience enjoyable. He is pleasant and stays ahead of the game which makes the experience less drawn out and he gets you on your way! More

Donna was my sales associate who explained that the previous mechanic I took my car to installed the brake pads incorrectly. She also recommended that I change the timing belt, as it was overdue. Service was good, but I had to bring back the car because the noise hadn't completely gone away. Donna took care of that as well. I like the fact that these people are not super pushy. You have to know what you want for your vehicle, and not always blame the dealership. I always bring my car here, except for the time I took it elsewhere for the brake pads and that resulted in me having to pay all over again. More

Larry my salesman was the most professional and knowledgeable salesman I have ever dealt with. I've bought many luxury cars over the years and Larry was more professional than the sales consultants at the West Long Branch Audi and Infiniti dealerships. We were in and out under 2 hours which included a trade in, agreeing on the lease price and completing all the finance papers! The 36 month lease was good amount less than the Eatontown Honda. Best experience we ever had. Thank you Freehold Honda! More
