Terrible experience at Honda of Freehold. Neither the service advisor and service manager knew how to work the service software which caused my check in to be experience at Honda of Freehold. Neither the service advisor and service manager knew how to work the service software which caused my check in to be nearly 30 minutes. The service manager didn't even take the time to help the advisor or listen to the issue. It is symptomatic of this place. When I picked my car up, the multipoint inspection listed my brakes as green (all good) when 4 months ago they were scored as yellow (needing to be replaced soon). Makes no sense. The sales area here is also horrendous and it seems the service area is slipping that way as well. I have purchased 4 cars from here and the one I bought in 2015 will be my last. The only reason I service it here is because I was given free oil changes for the life of my car when I bought it. More

Excellent buying experience - Excellent Salesman We were in the market for a used car for our daughter. Over the course of a few months, we visited several dealers and spoke with many sales reps. When we came to Honda of Freehold and met Larry Seymour, it was a very comfortable experience. Larry was very attentive, helpful and not pushy at all. He listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to steer us in a direction we didn’t want. He took his time, didn’t rush us as we were looking. He let us make our own decision. When it came time to decide on a car, Larry made the actual buying experience a pleasant one. And the Finance person we worked with was also very pleasant, didn't rush us, and took time to review all the finance options without pressure -- just stated facts. We are looking forward to going back to Larry in 2 years when it is time to buy a car for our other daughter. More
