I got a flat tire on my Honda passport. I went to the dealership to ask him to put a patch in the tire because it had a plug and they refused and I paid for the extra service. They told me I went to the dealership to ask him to put a patch in the tire because it had a plug and they refused and I paid for the extra service. They told me I had to tow the car there. I told him how can I tow it if I was in New York at the time or they told me you should have took the tire off and brought the tire with them the mail to us which is ridiculous. I didn't ask for a new tire. All I asked was for them to put a patch in. The service has been lousy and I bought a 2026 Honda passport fully loaded and this is how I was treated More

Freehold Honda service department is aces in my book. Nilay informs me of any and all service do every time I bring it in for an oil change. I love that I don’t have to worry about anything. Everythi Nilay informs me of any and all service do every time I bring it in for an oil change. I love that I don’t have to worry about anything. Everything is in the computer system. Honda service is totally worth it. My civic is at 182,000 and still runs like new. More
