The dealership charged $180 diagnostics fee to look into my issue. I dropped the car off on a Wednesday night but they could not find time to look at my car on Thursday and I had to leave it another day. I my issue. I dropped the car off on a Wednesday night but they could not find time to look at my car on Thursday and I had to leave it another day. I had 2 service managers notify me Friday that they could not identify the cause of my issue and both indicated they would not reduce the fee. They actually asked me to leave it another day just so they could test drive it in the morning. Then multiple employees could not figure out how to work any of the credit card machines and it took me over 45 minutes to wait and pay the diagnostics fee for no service repairs and having left my car there for 2 days More
