I had an oil change at 10 on the 25th. However I also had another appointment at 12 which was about an hour away, so I was worried I wasn’t going to make it. However, Cole, the line manager at the service center really helped me out and assured me that he would do his best to get me out in time. By the time it was 10:50, he came in and personally told me that my car was ready and took me to a different register to pay, so I didn’t have to wait and could leave. He also ran my car through the car wash which was very convenient. Overall, great service and a great team. Huge thank you to Cole again! More
