I’ve waited in their very nice waiting room for 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. This time I left my car there and it was there from 8:30am until 4:15pm. Again just for a tire rotation and oil change. They apologized and said they’re short staffed…I understand being short staffed and overwhelmed but then they should not accept this many cars to be serviced throughout the day. Customers time needs to be considered and valued. More

Stay away from this place! !! In November 2021 I had taken my CRV to Freehold Honda with an issue with rear door not locking even after the car is locked using the fob. After !! In November 2021 I had taken my CRV to Freehold Honda with an issue with rear door not locking even after the car is locked using the fob. After initial investigations, the service adviser let me know that the issue is with the actuator. After couple of visits, they said the actuator is good, but the issue is with BCM. They even had their foreman check the car and confirmed that the BCM is faulty. They said they need to order BCM, but that is back ordered. I made couple of inquiries after few weeks about the part, but they said the part is still not available. After waiting for 4 months for a call from Freehold Honda, today I took the car to another Honda service center, and they were able to easily diagnose the issue, which was just a damaged wire. I got it fixed in couple hours. I also came to know that BCM was never back ordered. Overall Freehold Honda service gets an F rating for their pathetic workmanship More
