My steering wheel was extremely dirty after picking up my vehicle. It took two wipes to get all the grease and dirt off the wheel. Our Service Rep, Cole, discussed with us the service plan for our 2018 Honda CRV and, most important, pointed out we needed a new rear tire, which he measured the tread there for us. We brought it in for oil for our 2018 Honda CRV and, most important, pointed out we needed a new rear tire, which he measured the tread there for us. We brought it in for oil change and we discussed service for that morning, the fact we had to be out in time for a Dr appt. We were! Very satisfied with his attention to our needs! We will be back for the further 30,000 mile check up he suggested soon! More
