I arrived at 7:25 for my 7:30 appointment. They were supposed to be open at 7:00am. I pulled up and automatic doors did not open. I sat and waited. I saw a person sitting inside at a desk look They were supposed to be open at 7:00am. I pulled up and automatic doors did not open. I sat and waited. I saw a person sitting inside at a desk looking right at me but they made no attempt to open the door or greet me. I waited until 7:35 and tried to call. I got no answer. By that time the person I saw inside was not there anymore so I banged on the glass doors to try to get someone's attention. They heard and answered the door and gave me a hard time because they felt I hard knocked too hard. No apology was given for making me wait or not realizing that I had a 7:30 appointment. More

Eric the service writer is an awesome man and did his job at 100%. I would hope they take care of an employee like Eric. I personally worked for a Honda dealer for 23 years as a tech and worked with a lot of at 100%. I would hope they take care of an employee like Eric.
