So we’re going with the throwing our hands up rationale. Believe me, I get it. I was hoping someone somewhere will have figured out by now a way, or at least working on a way, to not sacrifice treating people like people, while remaining respectful and sensitive to the ongoing pandemic. I would’ve appreciated a more mindful response. Your response tells me that you think it’s perfectly ok to have people wait at your dealership for 3 hours for simple oil changes. Translation, you’re telling me to go kick rocks. Thank you. I will find another dealership.

Very satisfied with Stephen. However went to pick up my Pilot I had a N95 Mask on. Someone from service approached me (not Stephen) and stood 2 feet from me with his mask below his chin. I asked him to back up and put his mask on. He backed up and pulled his mask up with his nose fully exposed. He came back and again stood 2 feet for me. Again I told him to put his mask on and cover his nose. He refused. He argued with me that he had his mask on properly. I called for the Service Manager who came & took care of me. I explained what happened & he said he would take care of it. If you want my future business get back to me saying that the maskless service person has been reprimanded.
