My car was taken on time and they even shuttled me home and picked me back up when my car was ready , so I did not have to wait the few professional. I just moved to NJ and had my car serviced here for the first time. Poor customer service. I had a scheduled oil change for my Acura when I arrived they had to clarify if my Acura could be serviced at Hond first time. Poor customer service. I had a scheduled oil change for my Acura when I arrived they had to clarify if my Acura could be serviced at Honda. No vacuum (which apparently they do not do period) no car wash. When I turned my car on I now have sensors going off. I addressed this with management saying no sensor was on before service and they said "it must be a coincidence." Never had less than optimal service at a dealership. I'll plan on driving the extra miles to Acura for quality service and a peace of mind. More
