I just moved to NJ and had my car serviced here for the first time. Poor customer service. I had a scheduled oil change for my Acura when I arrived they had to clarify if my Acura could be serviced at Hond first time. Poor customer service. I had a scheduled oil change for my Acura when I arrived they had to clarify if my Acura could be serviced at Honda. No vacuum (which apparently they do not do period) no car wash. When I turned my car on I now have sensors going off. I addressed this with management saying no sensor was on before service and they said "it must be a coincidence." Never had less than optimal service at a dealership. I'll plan on driving the extra miles to Acura for quality service and a peace of mind. More

The service / Dealer representative was very courteous and helpful. My Grandson was was supposed to go to Boston , MA on 29th December 2021 in Honda .
