The advisor was fine no issues. However this is the second time that I have dropped my car off for a service early in the morning and not gotten it back until 5PM. This time it was just an oil change a second time that I have dropped my car off for a service early in the morning and not gotten it back until 5PM. This time it was just an oil change and I had an appointment. It seems like if you drop your car off it will not be done until 5PM no matter what. This didn’t used to happen at this location. Also if it is going to take so long I think they should call you and keep you updated More
