I found the staff to be extremely sarcastic, did not listen to my description of the problem and when I asked questions they kept repeating the same thing g over and over… you ran out of gas. How is tha listen to my description of the problem and when I asked questions they kept repeating the same thing g over and over… you ran out of gas. How is that possible if the low fuel light went in seconds before the car died? Maybe I did run out of gas but maybe there is an issue with the fuel gauge. As a woman, I felt spoken down to. I did not receive any updates for four days and when they finally contacted me they expected me to pickup the car before they closed for the holiday. I am an educator who also takes care of an elderly mom…I can’t just drop everything and go with little warning. Note this is the second time the car died when the gas was low… hmmm… not sure why I’m the only one that sees a pattern here. I will NEVER return to Honda of Freehold, nor will I ever purchase another Honda… period. This whole experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Right before Christmas my Daughter had her Catalytic converter stolen while she was away at school. Our local mechanic was unavailable, so we headed to Honda.
