Claudia was very helpful.The tech determined an issue Claudia was very helpful. The tech determined an issue that I complained about before but was not resolved. Back in Aug 2021 when I complained that Claudia was very helpful. The tech determined an issue that I complained about before but was not resolved. Back in Aug 2021 when I complained that car feels heavy and noisy. I was told timing belt and they did a wheel rotation and alignment. It still was heavy and noisy after. This time (Nov 2021) tech determined it was wheel bearings after he test drove. It was expensive but I got it replaced and car drives smoother than before. Hopefully more discounts next service. More
