My service was way overpriced! I feel my young daughter was taken advantage of when bringing my CRV for routine maintenance. They recommended services that were completely unnecessary on a new vehicle. Cha was taken advantage of when bringing my CRV for routine maintenance. They recommended services that were completely unnecessary on a new vehicle. Charging $167.29. Not to mention she was waiting there for 2 hours. Ridiculous! I spoke to the Manager of service who was not very helpful and told me that’s perfectly routine. I have leased at least 4 Honda’s. 2 vehicles were from Freehold. The other 2 vehicles were from Jersey City location. Never any problems in Jersey City. However this will be my last with Freehold. They lost a loyal customer and I will not recommend Freehold location to anyone. More
