Was asking service rep.for breakdown of maintenance service since it was extremely high and he was very annoyed since his manager told him not to spend so much time with me! Worst experience ever. I dropped my car off at 720am for a simple oil change. 5 hours later I was called and told my car was ready. I picked up my car only to leave and see it still said I only had 5% oil l a simple oil change. 5 hours later I was called and told my car was ready. I picked up my car only to leave and see it still said I only had 5% oil life. I stopped at the mechanic around the corner from my house and he said they didn’t top off any fluids. I called and spoke to the manager who assured me of course they did the oil change and people make mistakes and he just gave forgot to top off the fluids and reset we the computer. I asked him to speak to the mechanic and call me back. Low and behold, he NEVER did the oil change at all!!!. More
