The service tech completed the work promptly but my service advisor disappeared and my finished car sat ready for me for over 20 minutes until my complaints brought a different service advisor to sign service advisor disappeared and my finished car sat ready for me for over 20 minutes until my complaints brought a different service advisor to sign me out.
