For several weeks I have needed an oil change; this was my first oil change (in 9 months I drove very little)I called three times. I never received a return call Finally yesterday my husband drove to the dealer to have the oil changed. There was no one at reception but he did find staff at service and was made to wait 90 min for the service (because he had NO appointment) He asked for the coupon I had received for a $14.95 first oil change to be honored , although he provided teh email and was told it would be honored they CHARGED HIM FULL PRICE. . He also asked about the "free" car wash and was told "around back" - no surprise there was no one in attendance at the car wash. He left and went elsewhere to pay for the service Lack of staffing at Honda of Freehold is evident A disappointment. I have owed Hondas since 2005 and never was treated so poorly as I have been this year PS I was called back today to made an appointment for my oil change ( a full 24 hours after it was completed ) More
