Cole saved the day with his professionalism and dedication. I initially started as an angry customer trying to get someone to answer a phone for a service request for 2 hours. Eric was my service adviser. He was easy to work with.. He wrote me up in no time at all. Promised me that I should have my car available by three the following day.
