I had an appointment for Friday 6/4 at 10am for the fuel hazard recall so when I brought it in the guy said it won’t be ready til later that afternoon or early Saturday morning but that didn’t happen. So I waited to Tuesday 6 /8 after not even getting a phone call I started calling. To my dismay they said the car should be ready around 4. So I waited for them to call then finally called around 6pm. I needed them to pick me up but they said there guy went home at already so I was really upset and had to find someone to take me there which I did and my car was on empty the fuel light was on so I immediately put gas I it 20 dollars and gauge read 1/2 full do I thought that was odd. So. Few days later I went to the gas station and told them to fill but it only took another 10 dollars and the gauge read - 1/2 so I call the dealership and the said it had to be done again so now I have to still bring it back and do thru this all over again More

When we checked online we saw that the problem with the backdoor latch was a well-known issue, so we do not calling about the status of the repair.
