Cole was the only one who came up to us to see if we needed help as were were standing there waiting for someone to notice us. We had an appt for the next day, but do to a storm, I wanted to drop it of needed help as were were standing there waiting for someone to notice us. We explained and he said he would see if it could be done same day. Just to be clear, I thought the car would sit there for a few days till after the storm but, that is not what happened, something we did not expect is what happened.
