I understand that there is a shortage of technicians, but once you make an appointment, try to make good of it. Our time is also valuable. I was also rudely told that I wouldn’t be able to get a loaner and once you make an appointment, try to make good of it. Our time is also valuable. The service was good,I didn’t even had an appointment and they did my oil change and they did all those check points.the only problem is they found out that my transmission fluid is low and they didn’t ask m they did my oil change and they did all those check points.the only problem is they found out that my transmission fluid is low and they didn’t ask me if they can fill it up or change it.i saw it on the check list they gave me.still thank you very much!!!
