On Thurs, 4/8/21 I had an appointment to replace a warranty part on my 2018 HRV. When I arrived at the dealership, which is in NJ and I live on Staten Island, I was told the part was out of stock and warranty part on my 2018 HRV. When I arrived at the dealership, which is in NJ and I live on Staten Island, I was told the part was out of stock and was due within the next few days. I called the dealership on June 23 to inquire and was told the part had just come in. I scheduled an appointment for Monday, 6/28. I arrived for the appointment and was told the car couldn't be seen that day because I didn't have an appointment. The manager (S. Hernadez) came over and proceeded to say that I didn't care that they were busy and were short-staffed. Both of these statement are totally untrue. Someone definitely dropped the ball by not putting my name in the book as having an appointment. The car did get fixed on Monday, 6/28. When I arrived home I noticed that my autostart was not working - tried both key remotes and neither worked. I called the dealership and was told to bring the car in at my convenience. I went back on Thurs., 7/1- another tollbridge - to find that one of the mechanics left the hood slightly opened. Mr. Hernandez approached me and accused me of possibly pulling the wrong lever under the dashboard when I purchased gas. I was stunned. Nobody in this place takes responsibility for any wrongdoing! That was the last time they will see me at their dealership. More
