My car needed the critical service and I needed good customer service, and Jake went above and beyond to make sure my car was given the appropriate care, as well as me. Great experience with Jake! The diagnostic didn’t go as planned, so that was the only negative about my experience. I had to go back and leave my car overnight after that, and then four additional nights thereafter. The technicians and mechanics could not find a source for the problem initially, but then discovered after a few attempts and test drives that it was my Speed Sensor and Transmission Control Module. But through the rather frustrating/stressful process, they never gave up on me and I never gave up on them. My car (2016 Honda Civic LX) is working good as new now. Thank you, Freehold Honda! More

Normally I have given the service advisors 5 stars as I have never had an issue or complaint with my service. On this day I brought my vehicle in for a recall issue which required the use of a loaner vehi have never had an issue or complaint with my service. On this day I brought my vehicle in for a recall issue which required the use of a loaner vehicle. My use of the vehicle was limited to travel home and back to the dealership for a total of 23 miles. Upon returning, somehow Steve noticed that the needle had moved from 7/8 of a tank to 3/4 of a tank and stated to avoid being charged $10 a gallon for fuel I would need to take it back out to add fuel. When I pointed out I had only traveled 23 miles and how much fuel could I have used and how much I needed to add, I was told to take it out and add 2 gallons. I understand the need to fuel the vehicles, however unless the loaner car gets 10 miles to the gallon I don't see how I used 2 gallons of fuel, and to send a customer who was already inconvenienced by a recall back out on the road for 2 gallons of gas is disappointing. As I did not have cash and did not wish to charge only 2 gallons of gas, I filled the vehicle with fuel, which only took 3.8 gallons. This is the first time I actually felt put off by the customer service provided by the dealership. More
