I was pleased with the service I received. Cole Craven provided outstanding customer service. I am hearing impaired and he went out of his way to make sure I understood what type of work my car needed and provided outstanding customer service. When I was notified my car was ready on 11/16/2020, I was only told the drain plug was stripped and had to be replaced. I was brought to the cashier, and I paid and left the dealership. When I arrived home a only told the drain plug was stripped and had to be replaced. I was brought to the cashier, and I paid and left the dealership. When I arrived home and looked over the paperwork, I saw there were "critical items" listed as needing repair, including 2 broken engine mounts. I cannot understand why that was not mentioned. More
