11/4/2020 waited nearly 3 HOURS (arrived 950am, left 1250pm) for an oil change, tire rotation and replacement of air and cabin filters for my CRV. Had 10am appt, told service rep it was my first time tr 1250pm) for an oil change, tire rotation and replacement of air and cabin filters for my CRV. Had 10am appt, told service rep it was my first time trying this dealer for service, was told "should be out by Noon". Made clear I had an appointment 30 minutes away at 1pm. Should have known there'd be problems when it took 10 minutes standing around after arrival to even be greeted by a service rep. At Noon was told "almost done", at 1230 that they needed 20 more minutes. Was offered a loaner at that point, but the first car they brought was low on gas. Second one took more time so I just waited for my car. At 1230 brought all this to the attention of Service Manager Sal Hernandez and then things got even worse. He told me all his problems (very busy service dept, COVID, etc.) and became sarcastic and insulting as well. Didn't even get the free car wash since I had to finally leave once they finally gave me my vehicle. I guess having an appointment doesn't mean anything at Honda of Freehold, "home of the 3 hour oil change". I also told the Service Manager before I moved near Freehold that I bought 5 CRV's over the past 17 years at Honda of Princeton. You won't see me buying one at Honda of Freehold. More

HAD 9:00 APPOINTMENT. USED LOCK BOX THE NIGHT BEFORE. WENT TO PICK THE CAR UP AT 2:00 AND IT WAS' NT DONE!! WAS TOLD SINCE I USED LOCK BOX MY TIME DID NOT APPLY. RIDICULOUS OPERATION.
