I took my car to get a new push to start button. Was told they had the part and it could get fixed. Then I got a phone call saying the part would be delivered on Tuesday, mind you I dropped my car off on Fri they had the part and it could get fixed. Then I got a phone call saying the part would be delivered on Tuesday, mind you I dropped my car off on Friday night. Tuesday comes and I get a phone call my car is ready. When I got there to pick it up, the button was never fixed because now all of a sudden the part is on back order but my O2 sensor was fixed but that wasn’t the main reason why I brought the car in. More

The dealership needs to improve on there customer service needs when they first come in to report an issue with there purchase of a new or precertified vehicle ...I had a intermit issue going on for way to l needs when they first come in to report an issue with there purchase of a new or precertified vehicle ...I had a intermit issue going on for way to long took me three times before they fixed it and I told them the problem Push button bad security key light kept going on and off periodically .. Chris Zrinski who left the company new the issue from start .. I shouldn’t have had to pay for this repair at all .. then it turned into men having to get a battery .. I wondered if the bad part drained my battery .. The wait time was very long as well .. More
