Honda of Freehold - Service Center

I took my car to get a new push to start button. Was told they had the part and it could get fixed. Then I got a phone call saying the part would be delivered on Tuesday, mind you I dropped my car off on Fri they had the part and it could get fixed. Then I got a phone call saying the part would be delivered on Tuesday, mind you I dropped my car off on Friday night. Tuesday comes and I get a phone call my car is ready. When I got there to pick it up, the button was never fixed because now all of a sudden the part is on back order but my O2 sensor was fixed but that wasn’t the main reason why I brought the car in. Cole was fabulous. He was very professional and attentive. He listened to my explanation of the issue I was having withiut interrupting. He asked questions so that he fully understood the issues. The dealership needs to improve on there customer service needs when they first come in to report an issue with there purchase of a new or precertified vehicle ...I had a intermit issue going on for way to l needs when they first come in to report an issue with there purchase of a new or precertified vehicle ...I had a intermit issue going on for way to long took me three times before they fixed it and I told them the problem Push button bad security key light kept going on and off periodically .. Chris Zrinski who left the company new the issue from start .. I shouldn’t have had to pay for this repair at all .. then it turned into men having to get a battery .. I wondered if the bad part drained my battery .. The wait time was very long as well .. More
