Terrible experience, took forever to get an appointment, failed to mention how much a diagnosis would cost and that was way to much money ! Was told a sensor went bad but not covered under warranty ! Car is less than two years old under thirty thousand miles how can that not be covered! Just an awful experience ! Took a long time just to receive the diagnosis! I purchased the vehicle from this dealership but because of the service experience will never go back and may never purchase another Honda product again! I opted not to perform any work at this place, and when I got my car it was dirtier than when I dropped it off! More
