Learning opportunity - it took a while for someone to acknowledge me as I was just standing there to get help. Also, after acknowledging, it took another 15 minutes to get someone to help and that too acknowledge me as I was just standing there to get help. I had a 10:00 apptmt for an oil change. Told them I would be waiting in reception area. At 12:30 I went to check on car, after waiting for 2.5 hrs and they finally had my car ready. 2.5 hrs Told them I would be waiting in reception area. Drop my car in drop box with 730am oil change appointment. Called at 2 and was told an hour to it would be done. Called again at 4 and still not done. Went at 6pm and took my car back.
