He found just the right car (in Daytona) to match my color preferences, and it was delivered the day after his manager approved a good OTD price. Jesse arranged to have top quality leather added to the car as an after- market accessory since I didn’t care about navigation or other bells and whistles that come standard with all 2018 EX-L models. Jesse was cordial, accommodating, patient, and professional. He answered emails promptly and was willing to spend as long as necessary to get me comfortable in my new car. The entire transaction went smoothly. (The F&I manager tried hard to get me to add extended warranty, key replacement insurance, stain and paint protection, etc. prior to closing the deal, but that was a minor delay and I know he was only doing his job. There is no escaping the show-and-tell presentation, but he didn’t keep pushing after I told him I was sticking to the OTD price I already negotiated.)
