I’m a first time buyer and this was an intimidating venture for sure. However, Eric our salesman was very honest, caring and understanding. He made it easier to not be as fearful when buying a vehicle. venture for sure. However, Eric our salesman was very honest, caring and understanding. He made it easier to not be as fearful when buying a vehicle. There was little to no negotiation on the price, probably due to my lack of experience and not by lack of trying. The vehicle did breakdown 3 weeks after purchasing and the dealership was willing to fix it all for FREE! Overall, quite the experience at this Hondaof Kenosha! More
