We've have some minor issue with our used car post purchase, and Melissa, Manager of Customer Relations, was extremely helpful in arranging a loaner to accomodate us, and notifying fellow staff members at the dealership; hopefully resolving our issue. Melissa responded to our message almost instantly, even during her off business hours, and had everything arranged and followed up with us the next morning. That type of service is hard to come by.
