This is the 2nd time I bring the car for oil change and they don’t wash the car. Also, Honda dealer in Milwaukee always has coupons for oil change except your facility in Kenosha. Why is that? More

I brought my 2017 civic with just under 60,000 miles into the dealer before our trip to have it inspected, oil change plus tire rotation. On our trip the outside temperature reached over 90 degrees so we turned the air conditioner on and it didn’t work. This was less than 2 weeks after it was supposedly working fine. We have always used the same dealer from where we bought it to service our vehicle. Since this experience I have lost all confidence in the dealership. richjrasmussen@yahoo.com
