Bought the car brand new less than 3years ago, and Air Conditioner stopped working, which is unusual for Honda Quality. HOK was able to fit me in their tight schedule, and did a great job diagnosing and f Conditioner stopped working, which is unusual for Honda Quality. Bonus was that the Service was covered under warranty, but just barely as my mileage was 35,400. I’m glad I didn’t wait any longer to bring the car in. More

The staff are wonderful and thoroughly explains the repairs and answers all your questions. The service techs have left my car clean and in order. I just wish my car made the noises that brought m repairs and answers all your questions. The service techs have left my car clean and in order. I just wish my car made the noises that brought me in for the techs to check out. But they did check and advised all seemed to be fine. Then of course, a day later my car made the problem noise. It's just hard to explain a specific noise that is intermittent. Possibly next time my car will act up. More
