Had a great experience once again at Honda of Lincoln. This was our 3rd vehicle from Honda of Lincoln in the past 10 years. Great Experience! We leased our Oddessy Van in 2015 and worked with Ryan Roberts This was our 3rd vehicle from Honda of Lincoln in the past 10 years. Great Experience! We leased our Oddessy Van in 2015 and worked with Ryan Roberts and Justin Wiley. We were fortunate to get to work with them both again 2 years later with this purchase. This speaks well of this dealership as we were able to see familiar faces with this new purchase and assume you retain your employees! We were back and forth whether we wanted to lease or purchase new or used. Ryan was very patient with us and gave us many options. We found the Pilot we were looking for when we finally decided what to do and were thankful for the special 0.9% financing Honda was offering with used vehicles. We were able to come down to Lincoln (we live an hour plus away) and buy the vehicle and take it home that same day. They stayed after 5:00 even and didn't mind at all. Ryan and Justin are very friendly and easy to visit with and made us feel very comfortable with our decision. We will always deal with Honda and we do our oil changes and services there too even though we are in Aurora which is a drive away. Please pass on our thanks to both Ryan and Justin. More

Postive experience all the way through I had to replace my family station wagon, and already I was dreading it. He made me feel very comfortable, listened to what I wanted, and directed me to my best options. He gave me honest opinions and let me decide for myself. I would also like to mention how incredibly patient Brian was! I was at the dealership for an extended period of time (I'm embarrassed to say how long!) but he never made me feel hurried. Actually, when I was leaving (after deciding on a gorgeous used CR-V) he said, "Thank you, this was fun." Fun! He enjoys helping people and is proud of taking care of customers. He went to such lengths that he even filled in chipped paint on my used car himself. If all that wasn't enough, he sent me home with concert tickets for that night of my visit.
