We checked it out; it was a good fit; we test drove it as well as one other option; we returned three nights later to purchase the original car he had suggested to me. We worked with Chad for the paperwork and financing, and he was prepared, efficient, helpful, upbeat, and informative. He made the paperwork end of things go quickly and smoothly and helped us complete the process as effortlessly as possible. I keep coming back to Honda because I know what I'm getting in a Honda and because I know I can rely on the car. We probably spent an hour and 45 minutes between the two visits and I can't imagine a smoother process than that! More
