This is my third time as a Honda owner. My brother sold me his 1 year old Accord which I kept for 14 years. Care for the Accord was with Honda Service and it was such a pleasant experience that I bought an me his 1 year old Accord which I kept for 14 years. Care for the Accord was with Honda Service and it was such a pleasant experience that I bought another Honda (CRV-L) in 2007. Recently, my sister was in need of a new vehicle, so I sold her my 2007 CRV-L with the intentions of buying another CRV-L. I have talked up the Honda Service Department to her so much, that my sister will continue having the 2007 CRV-L cared for by Honda of Lincoln, even though she lives on the north side of town! Okay...back to my 2013 experience: When I entered the showroom, I was immediately asked if I needed help. And if Brian was not at his desk, he was paged and soon was at my side. By the by, this experience was VERY different than the one I had with a Toyota dealership when I was looking for a new vehicle in 2007. I entered the showroom, stood around, looked at vehicles....and no one asked me if I needed help. And there were plenty of people around! In 2007, I was torn between a Toyota Highlander and a Honda CRV and I have to say, the experience I had with Toyota, as well as the excellent Honda Service Department, were the contributing factors in my 2007 purchase. I have always felt like a valued customer and friend to the Honda of Lincoln Family. Brian is an excellent salesperson. He is personable, is easy to visit with, shares personal experiences, and explains things so that a non-technical person like me can understand. When he went over the features of the vehicle with me, he explained things very well. I appreciated that he set up my phone features and the XM stations. Really, he did a more thorough job and seemed more knowledgeable about the vehicle than the salesman I had in 2007. I also had a good experience with the dreaded "finance" person, Scott Barr. He is friendly, personable and easy to talk with. Other customers may be different than me, but this "family" type of experience wins me over. My experience with Honda Lincoln was positive....always has been. The facilities are very nice and the personnel are good to work with. I've had several surgeries both back and foot so when we purchase a new vehicle it's first off about the comfort level for me. We had tried other brands but when I sat in the CR-V, it was all over. A friend encouraged me to chat with Brian and he was great to work with. I loved that he answered our questions and let me take the CR-V and drive it long enough to know whether or not it would work for me in the long run. My husband and I so appreciated that he wasn't an aggressive/pushy salesman. He answered our questions, bent over backwards to help us, and made our overall experience very pleasant. He is very personable, great at what he does and clearly loves his job! We now own 2 Hondas, a Ridgeline and the CR-V and we have no regrets. If you are shopping for a car, call Honda of Lincoln and ask for Brian Kreuzberg. More

Because when I talked to Caleb about a couple concerns with my car he got me in and had a car waiting for me to drive while mine was being worked on.
