Our sales rep and several of the service Dept personnel went to bat for us and we were able to negotiate a fair price for the repair. They were helpful, courteous and went the extra mile. It was repaired in short order. The few times we've been there, we've gotten good service. These fellows helped that day. More

When I was waiting until my Honda was done, Russ stopped by to make sure everything was going okay. I could tell Russ cared about the customers he cam in contact with by the way he showed his concern and by his friendliness. My vehicle was kept inside as we were in a severe weather warning. I was also given a loaner Honda Pilot to drive while I waited for my vehicle. This is why I'm a Honda/Acura buyer for life. He really has gone above and beyond and helped w our insurance company and taking over in being our spokes person.
