Our sales rep (Sager) was great. Not pushy and worked well with what we were looking for and did not try and sell us something we were not. Did not ask questions that may sales reps do that is none of their business and did not bring up fud about the competition (this is what occurred at other dealers we visited). Very please with Sager. However the sales manager that got involved when we started negotiating almost caused us to walk out. He automatically added a charge of $1495 that we were told was already added to the car. But it was primarily services. But he did back it off, but he used that to start the negotiations at a higher price. His input was not positive in the least. More
