I just bought a CPO Honda Passport, and I am very pleased with my purchase! The dealership's price and finance rates were very competitive; in fact, they could not be beaten (and I have been car shopping for with my purchase! The dealership's price and finance rates were very competitive; in fact, they could not be beaten (and I have been car shopping for two months!). The sales and finance team were fantastic! Sales Manager Tony Micelli was fantastic to work with; he answered all my questions and made me feel very confident about my purchase, and my salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicle's features. Finance Manager Jose Alicia was also wonderful. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining the various extended warranty packages to me, taking the time to teach me about each package and which one would work best for my family. Lastly, Service Manager Carlos Jimenez was very helpful and was able to obtain a wheel lock key for the vehicle, as I couldn't find the original key. I was just going to have the parts department order one for me, but Carlos insisted that I couldn't leave the lot without it, in the off-chance that I got a flat tire.
