Great Experience One of the least painful car buying experiences I've had in a while. We bought an Olive Green CR-V from Brian Jack. He let me move through the purchas One of the least painful car buying experiences I've had in a while. We bought an Olive Green CR-V from Brian Jack. He let me move through the purchasing decision at my pace, no pushing. I stopped in on the way home from work to let Brian know I had made the decision to purchase the car. We toured the lot to look at and select a color option. Brian also worked with me on the value of my trade-in. As we had a nine month puppy at home I needed to attend to, Brian suggested I create the credit app before I left which I did. I returned, signed some of the required paperwork, and spent about 15 minutes with the Brad from the finance team to complete the deal. No pressure to buy 40 other products. The 7 year bumper warranty was explained and I did opt to accept that. Brian then explained all the features of the vehicle and I was on my way home in maybe an hour total. I would gladly recommend the Honda of Lisle experience to anyone. So far we love the car! More
Great experience buying my first Honda We just bought a brand new EX CR-V from Mike Harvey. It was a pleasure to do business with him. We would be happy to purchase another vehicle from him We just bought a brand new EX CR-V from Mike Harvey. It was a pleasure to do business with him. We would be happy to purchase another vehicle from him in the future. Our car buying was NO pressure. Mike was very accommodating. Two days after we purchased our SUV we were 400 miles away from home, pulled on to the side of interstate 44 in Missouri because we were having problems with the infotainment system and Android auto. We called the dealership and spoke with service. They we not able to help us and told us to go to the nearest Honda dealer. They even asked us, "why did you call us". My wife said, because we purchased our CR-V from you! My wife then called our salesman Mike Harvey, she had to leave a message. A few minutes later Mike returned our call. We found out later it was his day off and he was at home. Mike put my wife at ease and walked her through, step by step and fixed our problem. We told him how grateful we were for his help. Mike, you went above and beyond!!! Because of Mike we were able to get back on the interstate in 15 minutes. Note to the service department: With all the HIGH tech in cars now, you should have at least one person on staff like an IT person that can troubleshoot and help your customers over the phone like Mike did for us. Because of Mike we didn't have to find a Honda dealer 400 miles from home. I gave 4 stars only because of the service dept not being able to help us (when a our salesman could) and asking us why did we call them. If my rating is on Mike himself it would be six stars for calling us back to help us on his day off. Thank you Mike you were a blessing 😊. Ralph and Tricia More

They treat their customers PHENOMENALLY and while they will pull strings and work with your finances and credit, they do not hustle you and I have never felt pressured in the least. In addition, they don't try and add on all the extra bells and whistles to up your bills. Their service center is top notch and they have events for new customers, I felt extremely welcomed. This is my 3rd car with them and my Mom even transferred to them from a different Honda dealer because of how amazing my experience has been. More
