Went to Honda in Lisle just to sit in a few new cars and get a sense of what would work for me. The salesperson, Carlos Jiminez, greeted me immediately and was so patient with all of my questions and so hel get a sense of what would work for me. The salesperson, Carlos Jiminez, greeted me immediately and was so patient with all of my questions and so helpful that we ended up buying a new car that evening. We have to go pick up the car and sign the final paperwork on a few days, but everything from looking at vehicles to negotiating a price to signing the paperwork was easy, professionally managed, and customer focused.
