Attention to detail Got a good deal on certified Honda Civic but prep on car was lacking. I asked to interior cleaned again after putting deposit down. I'm guessing they just said they would and never touched the interior again. It had white stuff on inside of car between front and rear doors on the drivers side. Also had stains in rear seat that should come out that I asked to be cleaned. After getting home to do a proper detailing I noticed wax residue on black plastic vents near windshield and spent a hour cleaning with alcohol and a toothbrush. Not real impressed with their attention to detail but my wife loves the car and I guess that's what matters. I understand it's not a new car but I would hire someone that knows how to detail a car. I'm picky but I shouldn't have to detail a car after bring it home from a dealer. I'm also guessing who details their car doesn't claybar the roof very rough but was waxed. More

Got My Honda! I’ve shopped around the chicagoland area for a new accord. With Honda dealerships notoriously stingy on making deal, I couldn’t appreciate Honda Super I’ve shopped around the chicagoland area for a new accord. With Honda dealerships notoriously stingy on making deal, I couldn’t appreciate Honda Superstore of Lisle of wanting to make a deal. They wanted my business and was willing to make a good deal into a great one. It wasn’t a contentious negotiation. It was long and drawn out as most car negotiations would be but I ended up with a great deal on the car I wanted. Thanks to both Mikes and to everyone else involved. Come to this Honda dealership since they’re willing to work with you and not try and slam you on a commission. I went to 4 Honda dealerships ready to buy and this was the only one that wanted my business. It’s a shame how quick salesman are willing to throw away business these days. More
