Great Customer Service Maria- was very fast in contacting me as soon as I submitted my interest online for a new car. Ryan was great in getting us all set, paperwork etc. H Maria- was very fast in contacting me as soon as I submitted my interest online for a new car. We only had one issue and that was the finance manager, he was very rude just because we declined the GAP insurance. It was our choice not to purchase the GAP insurance so not sure why he was mad at us for that. More

Overall average experience I was mislead on being able to use my current leased car as a trade in to take advantage of the Illinois sales tax incentive. When we sat down to purc I was mislead on being able to use my current leased car as a trade in to take advantage of the Illinois sales tax incentive. When we sat down to purchase the new vehicle is when we were informed we could not trade in the leased car. This was a huge swing in the amount we had budgeted to spend and finance. Not the best time to find out this information when pieces were already in movement and a price breakdown agreed upon with the tax incentive in place. Very disappointing.... More
