Quick, painless transaction Needed a new Odyssey to replace our car which was totaled in a winter driving accident. We got an very competitive internet quote, and followed up with a phone call to agree on the price. Went into the dealership for a quick test drive of the vehicle, which was in stock as reported -- no phantom car tricks here. The car had accessory splash guards installed, and they agreed to include them for free instead of adding to the price. Orlando Johnson who joined us on the test drive took the time to explain the purchasing process and answer all of our questions. He seemed genuinely interested in making sure that all of our concerns were addressed. In particular, we did not want to spend too much time making the purchase, and it only took 1.5 hours total from the time we walked into the dealership to the time we drove off with the new car. In my experience, some dealerships make the car buying process much more difficult than it needs to be, in the hopes of scoring a couple of extra bills. Orlando Johnson and Honda of Lisle instead seem to be able to put the customer first, understanding that purchasing a new vehicle can be a stressful process. Hopefully this common sense strategy will pay off for them. More

Due to my unpredictable work schedule my purchase was done over a course of three days, Debby didn't want me to feel inconvenient or stress to get things taking care of for my purchase so when needed outside of her schedule, she had her coworker Tommy Lofton to give a helping hand. Over the years I have used the Lisle service department for service on my 2005 Honda Civic in which Shawn Kiannejad sold me and he has moved on to the finance department but if I had any questions he would take the time to help me out.. Liz Cornelius of the service department was always willing to give a helping hand and answer any questions even with my new car. We both had to laugh when I told her I finally did it and brought a new car so can she make me a sticker to put in the window to remind me to change the oil, she reply you don't need it the new car will tell you when it's time. More

She even lowered the price of the vehicle a bit at the request of the other individual present at the dealership and the one in which the car is in the name of. Debby was fantastic and it was very easy to purchase the car with her help. She even explained all of the functions of the vehicle once we bought it and I am very familiar with the vehicle because of this. Thank you, Debby. More

I was expecting to be badgered and forced into services and things I did not want or need so the dealer could make money off me but it was not at all what I expected. Everyone I dealt with could not be kinder or more courteous, they really had my interests at heart and helped me find the perfect car for my needs at the right price. At Honda of Lisle I was able to experience my choice of vehicles with a product specialist who could answer each of my questions and ensure I fully enjoyed my demo drives. The product specialists are paid hourly so they do not feel the pressure to pressure you, they simply want to help you find the car you love and give you the most helpful information. My product specialist's name was Pavel and he was very knowledgeable, listened to my needs, and helped me find the perfect car. The sales manager Mike helped me get the best value for the vehicle I traded in and the vehicle I was purchasing. Could not have been a more enjoyable experience. I will go back for any car-buying need. I am extremely happy with my new-used car! More

Instead I met with Josh Malinski, found the car I wanted, and was in and out in no time. Josh answered all my questions and didn't waste my time trying to get me to buy anything I didn't want or need. He told me all about the car, took me on a test drive, and let me make my choice without hounding me. Then he was able to get me a price that more than exceeded my expectations. When it came time to go talk to the man in financing, he not only was able to find me a better APR than I was walking in with, he had me ready in around 10-15 minutes! Everyone there was great but especially Josh. Anytime anyone I know says they are looking for a new car, I recommend they go see him. Great experience, couldn't ask for anything more! Oh yea, I love my CRV btw! More
