He made it very easy for me. Austin is extremely easy to work with - very friendly, patient and a great listener! He spent a lot of time with me after the car was purchased helping me sync up my phone, showing me how the features of the car worked, and then driving my old car back to my house for me. I called him last night with a question and he was very friendly and willing to answer any questions that I had, and is willing to work with me going forward to help me learn how everything works with my new car.
