This is not Carmax We recently bought a new "preowned" vehicle. We have bought many cars in the past at Honda of Lisle. Our salesperson, Mike was great. The problem was We recently bought a new "preowned" vehicle. We have bought many cars in the past at Honda of Lisle. Our salesperson, Mike was great. The problem was negotiating the price. Honda tries to sell for the highest price and the customer tries for the lowest. The method for getting to the price was slicker. The manager who approves the price (not the salesman) was incredibly nasty. This is not CARMAX!!! It is expected that we go back and forth a bit. Don't make me seem like a greedy rotten person for negotiating. Was really disappointed as we have never had this experience in 30 years of purchasing here. Very disappointed and I will be prepared the next time. More
Looks to me like "the old bait and switch" I was looking at a car ad they had online for almost a week. Contacted the store via email to see if it was still available. I went there the same day as the response. When I got there The sales lady looked confused. After working with her phone for a couple minutes came back to me and said that "it was out on a test drive".I waited over an hour for the car to return from the test drive. It never returned. The car was never on the lot. When I contacted the person via email with my complaint about the car not being there. She claimed it was a "new arrival"on the lot and that it was still being serviced before being put out there. Like I said in the beginning I had been looking at that car for a week online. It does not take that long to service a vehicle and put it out on a lot. I feel misled. I am disappointed that I drove 45 minutes for a car that was never there. Don't waste your time. More

Great service, friendly and professional employees. My sales rep, Pavel Dimitrov, was a pleasure to deal with both days that I visited the showroom. After I had decided on the car I wanted, he set it as My sales rep, Pavel Dimitrov, was a pleasure to deal with both days that I visited the showroom. After I had decided on the car I wanted, he set it aside for when I could come back and complete the deal. He had a lot of the paperwork already completed by the time I got there, which made the second trip go very quickly, compared to other car buying experiences I've had. He also saw that I was in my new car in the parking lot well after closing, and although I was just making sure I was comfortable with my seat and mirror settings, and even though he was off his shift and ready to get out of work, he still came by and ensured that everything was fine with the car. He even gave me some additional information before he left. The finance guys were great, and my girlfriend also went with me to get her older Honda serviced and remarked that she had a pleasant experience there as well. I'll definitely be coming back here for maintenance and car washes, and highly recommend you deal with them when searching for your new Honda. More

Once bought he even helped set up my bluetooth and walk me through all the controls in the car. Dealership was friendly, clean, and again - absolutely no pressure. Made the experience of buying a car great. More
